Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $875/week or 17% commission per job—whichever is greater.
Potential Annual Guarantee: we’re open to offering a $50K–$60K annual guarantee.

Key Responsibilities
Tile & Grout Cleaning: Use high-grade equipment and solutions to restore tile and grout surfaces.
Grout Color Sealing: Apply sealants for a uniform finish and long-term protection.
Minor Tile & Grout Repairs: Replace or fix cracked tiles and damaged grout lines.
Surface Assessments: Evaluate and recommend appropriate restoration or maintenance plans.
Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment for safe and effective use.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, or repair
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Stone restoration experience is a plus!
- Valid driver's license in good standing
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Pay: $875/week or 17% of job revenue (whichever is greater)
Performance Bonuses: Based on job performance and customer satisfaction
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (optional overtime available)
