The Position

We’re looking for a full-time Tile & Grout Technician who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and wants to grow with us. You’ll be restoring tile surfaces, interacting with homeowners, and representing our brand in the community.

· Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

· At least 12 months of tile & grout experience preferred (but not required with training).

· Valid, unrestricted driver’s license (non-negotiable).

· Able to walk for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.

· Comfortable using email, messaging apps, and devices for communication.

· Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with occasional weekends.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

The Grout Medic is your solution for any type of tile restoration. We provide re-grouting, re-caulking, tile and grout cleaning and tile replacement services. The Grout Medic team is a nationwide franchise system of independent business owners who provide an alternative to remodeling for their local customers. Bringing Grout & Tile Back to Life!

We offer part & full-time jobs as well as paid training for our employees.
