Job Description - Timeshare OPC Agent

TIMESHARE OPC AGENT

As a Field Marketing OPC Agent (Off Property Consultant) you will be the frontline for the Genesis Marketing Team! Your primary responsibility will be to engage Las Vegas vacationers to participate in a vacation resort sales presentation while they are in town. You will be working from one of our marketing locations in the Strip corridor. Additionally, you will sell tickets to local attractions and provide concierge services to Las Vegas visitors.

Job Description

Engage with tourist guests to invite them for a vacation resort sales presentation

Marketing and sell show ticket and Las Vegas visitor activities (such as Grand Canyon tours)

Provide 5-Star customer service to guests/clients to increase resort tour sign-up rates, ticket sales, and resort room bookings while representing different resorts to its highest standard

Open and close POS ticket sales terminals and balance cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.

Always maintain a professional appearance and work environment with a clean clutter free workstation.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully you must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Must be outgoing and assertive

Must be able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely

Enjoy working with tourists

Positive, Self-Motivated, and able to work in a team environment

Excellent face to face customer service skills

Will need to be able to overcome objections

Requires a flexible work schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Sales or marketing experience (preferred)

High school diploma or GED

Compensation: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week
