Timpani Utility Worker

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met. 
2. Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Work with cell members and management to produce a high-quality product with strong attention to detail.
5. Set-up and Operate Robot to produce quality Timpani kettles for production.
6. Prepare and form metal rings for powder coating.
7. Prepare fiberglass kettles for painting (includes assembling rings in kettle, laying out hole locations, and punching holes).
8. Paint kettles to produce high-quality product for assembly.
9. Machine parts to produce product per manufacturing order. 
10. Knowledge and ability to do all functions of Final Assemblers.
11. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills.
2. Basic computer skills required.
3. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
4. Maintain regular attendance.
5. Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
6. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
7. Requires frequent bending, reaching, lifting, repetitive motions, twisting, stooping, turning, finger dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
8. Work is performed indoors.
