Tioga - Program Director

This position requires travel in Tioga County, PA.

The Pennsylvania Court Appointed Special Advocates (PA CASA) Association seeks a motivated and community-oriented Program Director to relaunch and lead CASA services in Tioga County. This is a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up and lay the foundation for a sustainable, independent nonprofit organization.

This position reports to the Chief Impact Officer and will oversee all aspects of start-up operations, including volunteer recruitment and supervision, board development, stakeholder engagement, and data management with support from PA CASA. The Director will also explore expansion opportunities in neighboring counties and transition leadership to a local Board of Directors, independently of PA CASA.
