The Tire and Lube Tech is a key team member that will be responsible for properly aligning the wheels on the wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions we produce while maintaining our high-standards of quality and safety.

What you'll do:

Operate computerized alignment equipment to align wheels to noted specifications, adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles.

Conduct test drives to diagnose alignment issues and ensure proper performance.

Perform inspection prior to Quality Assurance.

Perform trouble-shooting of equipment as needed.

Maintain compliance with Freedom Motors quality and safety standards, policies and procedures, and OSHA safety regulations and follow both written and verbal work instructions.

Assist other areas as needed.

What you’ll need:

Coursework beyond High School Diploma preferred.

Previous experience with alignment equipment, understanding of vehicle suspension systems, and ability to diagnose issues required.

Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
