Title Assistant

TITLE ASSISTANT- FULL TIME POSITION M-F DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Process New and Used Car Deals

• Process the paperwork on Car Deals


• Verify all upfront payments have been collected


• Cut payoff and registration checks


• Locate vehicle title or identify title problem


• Process and Track Dealer Trades 

Track Contracts 

• Follow up on held offering notices by providing needed documents


• Coordinate with F&I Managers and Salesmen to ensure that needed documents are received from customers and sent on to lenders in a timely manner


• Pull and code funding notices at least daily, and post adjustments to reserve accounts as needed 

 Process Wholesale Car Deals

 Track Incentives- REBATES

• Note paid incentives and adjust incentive accounts as needed 


• Follow up on incentives that have not been paid after four weeks


• Open cases and provide additional documents as needed to resolve incentive problems

Titles 

• Send out title work to Counties and out of State. 


• Help customers when they call in looking for their title work


• Work with Lien holders to verify if customers have registered their vehicle and the lien has been filed


• Work with Salesmen and customers to get titles and apply for duplicates as needed

Request Lien Releases from Lenders 

• Call or submit required documents to lenders to obtain lien releases for vehicles that were not paid off by the dealership as part of the original car deal

Process and follow up on funding of loan contracts

Research outstanding rebates and resubmit

Mail out titles to DMV's

Work w/ customers, banks and staff on title problems.

Most successful candidates will have some accounting background, great organization and multi tasking ability, title experience preferred but not required.
