Title Clerk

Description

Jim Shorkey Family Auto Group is in search of a Title Clerk to join our Gainesville Nissan team. They will be responsible for processing documents related to vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents for the company. If you are organized, motivated, and know how to use online vehicle registration systems, then this might be the fit for you! 

Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm OR 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Highly organized and able to self manage 
• 1+ years of Experience
• Process wholesale, dealer trades, customer titles
• Process vehicle purchases 
• Scan and verification of documents
• Apply for duplicate title issues
• Verify documentation for accuracy and work within a team for any and all customers
• Working with customers to resolve any and all problems which may occur 
• Working within time constraints
• Other tag and title job duties as assigned
