What You’ll Do:

As a Title Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring all vehicle title and registration paperwork is processed efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing new and used vehicle registrations in accordance with state regulations
• Submitting legal transfer documents to the DMV
• Maintaining and tracking outstanding title work
• Reporting missing or problematic titles to management
• Ensuring timely and compliant online registration submissions

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with online vehicle registration systems
• Experience processing car deals, wholesale, dealer trades, and customer titles
• Ability to verify documentation and scan records accurately
• Problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working under deadlines and resolving customer issues
