MacMulkin Chevrolet, in Nashua NH, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. 

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Process all new and used vehicle titles and registrations in a timely and accurate manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Verify all necessary documents are complete and accurate.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain organized title records and files, both physically and electronically.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with customers, sales staff, and financial institutions regarding title issues and discrepancies.

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve title problems and ensure proper lien releases.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and submit all required title and registration paperwork to the appropriate DMV/BMV/MVD.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership is a must.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of vehicle titling in multiple states, registration processes and regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail..

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
