Title Clerk

Duties:

• Manage and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork with precision and efficiency


• Verify and ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations


• Coordinate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless title transfers and customer satisfaction


• Resolve title issues and discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process


• Maintain organized records and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar role within the automotive industry in North Carolina is required


• Strong knowledge of title processing procedures and regulations


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems


• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
