Title Clerk

Description of the role:

As a Title Clerk at Magic City Auto Group in Roanoke, VA, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing vehicle titles and registrations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all documentation is completed according to state regulations and company guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle title paperwork


• Verify accuracy of all documents


• Communicate with state agencies as needed


• Ensure compliance with legal requirements


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Attention to detail


• Experience with Titling Vehicles is required


• Experience with DMV processes and paperwork is required


• Experience in the Automotive Industry is required


• Strong organizational skills


• Excellent communication skills
