Title Clerk

Responsibilities:

  Process vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with state and federal regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately enter title information into our systems

  
  


• 
  

  Work with customers, financial institutions, and DMV offices to resolve title issues

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title laws and requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all documents are properly signed and submitted on time

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience in automotive title processing or clerical work preferred

  
  


• 
  

  High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and time-management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and customer service skills

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with office software and title processing systems
