Responsibilities

• 
  

  Process All Documents Required for State Registration, Ensuring Proper Paperwork and Completion of Tax and Title Documents

  
  


• 
  

  Handle All Payoffs, Registrations for New and Pre-owned Vehicles, License Plate Issuance, and Transfers

  
  


• 
  

  Obtain and Maintain Dealer Titles

  
  


• 
  

  Submit Bills of Sale, Contracts, Warranties, and Service Contracts to Appropriate Agencies, Including the Department of Motor Vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Review Documents for Accuracy, Completeness, and Required Signatures

  
  

• 
  

  Verify Vehicle Sale and Purchase Prices for Accuracy

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Automotive experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Highly organized with strong attention to detail
