Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is looking for a Title Clerk to contribute to the daily operations of the Business Office. This role reports to the Controller, and supports the sales and finance departments by ensuring sales documents are complete and accurate for prompt billing for all sold vehicles. The ideal candidate will deliver highly accurate work through excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.


• Process new and used car transactions.


• Submit vehicle contracts and required documents to lenders.


• Maintain new and used car inventory logs.


• Prepare tax and title documents.


• Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.


• Stay abreast of title regulations.


• Must be detail oriented and maintain a neat work area.

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• High school diploma is required


• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates


• Must have experience processing title work in a dealership environment


• Positive attitude


• Computer literacy and must be able to learn Company software


• Possess clean driving record and valid driver’s license


• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
