Giles Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to support our growing dealership operations. If you take pride in organization, accurate paper work, and keeping deals moving smoothly from the sales desk to the DMV, we'd love to meet with you!   This is the opportunity to join a well-structured dealership group with strong leadership, supportive teammates, and weekends off!

Your Role

• 
  

  Process titles and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Handle payoffs, license plate transfers, and maintain title/MSO files

  
  


• 
  

  Submit completed title work to the DMV

  
  


• 
  

  Verify sales documents for accuracy and signatures

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain organized records of sales, payments, warranties, and service contracts

  
  


• 
  

  Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• Comfortable working with dealership systems and documentation


• 
  

  Previous automotive experience is strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
