Qualifications

• Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle title and registration processes and regulations


• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing personality. 


• Technology: Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems


• Integrity: Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Responsibilities

• As a Title Clerk, you will play a critical role in the dealership by ensuring all vehicle titles and related documents are accurately processed and filed in a timely manner


• If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!


• Process Vehicle Titles: Handle the processing of vehicle titles and registrations for all new and used vehicles sold at the dealership


• Documentation: Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with state and federal regulations


• Customer Interaction: Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide exceptional service


• Liaison: Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments to resolve any title issues or discrepancies


• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all title transactions and ensure secure storage of sensitive information


• Compliance: Stay updated on state and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations


• Problem Solving: Address any title-related issues or problems promptly and effectively
