Lockhart Cadillac is a growing automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our team.

Position Overview
The Automotive Title Clerk is responsible for processing and managing vehicle title and registration paperwork while ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. This role works closely with the sales and accounting departments to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag work according to state regulations


• Submit title paperwork to the appropriate state agencies


• Verify accuracy of all title applications, liens, and supporting documents


• Maintain organized records of all vehicle titles and related paperwork


• Track title status and follow up on any delays or issues

Qualifications

• Previous automotive title clerk experience preferred


• Knowledge of DMV/title processes and regulations


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


• Proficient with dealership management software and Microsoft Office


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
