Rosen Automotive Group is looking for a Title Clerk to join our team. This role is all about keeping deals clean, accurate, and moving. If you’ve worked in a dealership office before, you know how important that is.

We need someone who is detail-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing titles, registrations, and plates in line with Wisconsin requirements


• Reviewing deals for accuracy before submitting paperwork


• Sending title work to the DMV and tracking status


• Following up on missing information or title issues


• Working closely with sales, finance, and accounting to keep deals on track


• Keeping everything organized and audit-ready


• Jumping in to help with other office tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Dealership or title experience is strongly preferred


• Familiarity with Wisconsin DMV/title processes is a big plus


• Someone who pays attention to the small details and gets it right the first time


• Able to manage multiple deals and deadlines without getting overwhelmed


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and dealership systems
