Title Clerk - McCarthy Hyundai

McCarthy Hyundai in Blue Springs is looking to add a Title Clerk to their dynamic team! We are seeking someone who has previous title/accounting experience. 

Schedule: 4 (four) 10-hour days 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives all deals, New and Pre-owned Sales 


• Verifies all required paperwork is in each deal 


• Files liens as required
  


• Prepares paperwork for the customer


• Handles all trades in


• Calls for lien releases and does title follow-up


• Handles customers calls


• Dealer trades


• Any other tasks from supervisor


• Train new Clerks as we grow

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule


• Must be organized and detail oriented


• Experience with Missouri and Kansas titles


• Prefer accounting, billing and/or title experience


• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills


• Mathematical aptitude
