Title Insurance: Midwest Regional Escrow/Settlement Officer -Remote

Godot CG is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Midwest Regional Escrow/Settlement Officer in a remote capacity. This position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to make an impact in the Title Insurance industry while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

As a Regional Escrow/Settlement Officer, you will be responsible for managing escrow transactions across multiple states, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing top-notch customer service. Experience in IN/OH/KY/TN preferred.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in escrow and settlement services within the Title Insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of regional real estate laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency with escrow and settlement software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple transactions.
