What You’ll Do

As a Title Insurance Residential Escrow Officer, you’ll be the go-to expert working alongside our referral partners to guide buyers, sellers through the closing process. You’ll:

• Coordinate all aspects of residential real estate closings
• Prepare accurate settlement statements and closing documents
• Manage escrow accounts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Communicate proactively with all parties to keep transactions smooth and stress-free
• Collaborate with our title team to resolve issues and clear title
• Deliver a closing experience that reflects our Core Values and commitment to service

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required), associate's degree (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in escrow/title or related real estate field (preferred)
• Valid Title Producer’s License and Notary Public License (or ability to obtain within months of hire)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with Title Insurance Software (ProForm Select)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
