Title Specialist - Jaguar Land Rover Dallas

Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa and Snell Collision. Family owned and operated; the Snell family began serving the Dallas community in 1973.

The position of Title Specialist will consist of titling car deals as they are received in the office; ensuring all titles on trades are received and accounted for; assisting billing clerk as needed. To continually work as a team to maintain consistently high standards and to achieve a “Customer’s Completely Satisfied” attitude. i.e.: Greet or acknowledge every customer; help fellow employees; keep a professional environment by maintaining a clean well-organized workplace, and whatever it takes to get the job done and have satisfied customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules with weekly updates to management
• Submit all legal transfer work to the department of motor vehicles.
• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Proof, sort, and compile completed paperwork
• Process and issue checks for motor vehicle related refunds
• Process wholesale transactions with several auctions
• Being able to prioritize daily title functions
• Being able to maintain multiple locations with high volume
• Verify all completed plates and registrations from counties
• Report on paperwork issues and assist with correction
• WebDealer experienced required

• Out of state registration and processing title transfers required
• WebDealer experienced required

• Complete additional assignments as given by management

Previous automotive experience is PREFERRED for this position. Additionally, we require superior computer skills. Formal education and previous job experience are taken into consideration for all positions.
