Job Description - TOC Analyst I

Tier 1 Analysts provide frontline monitoring, triage, and escalation using monitoring tools (SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, etc.) and established runbooks.


Position Accountabilities



  • Monitor (SolarWinds) dashboards and validate alerts.

  • Follow runbooks for initial troubleshooting.

  • Create accurate incident tickets.

  • Support Tier 2 escalations.


Organizational Relationship


This position reports to the Technology Operations Center Manager


Position Qualifications


Education & Experience



  • 1–2+ years IT support or operations

  • Familiarity with SolarWinds

  • Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems (Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.)


Preferred:



  • ITIL Foundation, Network+


Knowledge & Skills



  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, reliable

  • Working Conditions

  • 24/7 shift rotation; hybrid


Other



  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • Rotating after hours on-call support required.
