Key Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom for children ages 2 to 3 with a gentle, respectful, and consistent approach


• Prepare and maintain a Montessori environment that invites exploration, movement, and practical life activities


• Observe children closely to understand and support their individual development


• Create a calm and joyful atmosphere that reflects Montessori principles


• Communicate thoughtfully with parents through conferences, updates, and community gatherings


• Work closely with assistant guides and the school team to support shared values and routines


• Engage in ongoing professional development and Montessori best practices
  

Qualifications

• Fully qualified with 12 ECE units


• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred


• At least 1 year of experience working with preschool-aged children


• A deep love for toddlers and a compassionate and respectful approach to caregiving


• Strong communication, observation, and organizational skills


• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before starting
