Toddler Teacher (Lead)

Are you the kind of educator who sees a room full of energetic toddlers and thinks, "Challenge accepted"? Do you believe that a day filled with finger paint, endless curiosity, and breakthrough "aha!" moments is the absolute best way to spend a career?

What a Typical Day Looks Like

As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you are the director of discovery. You won't just be managing a room; you’ll be creating an environment where success is celebrated, and learning is an adventure.

  • Design the Adventure: Plan and execute engaging, curriculum-based lessons.
  • Nurture & Guide: Help toddlers master the big stuff: sharing, expressing emotions, communicating, playing fairly, and expanding their vocabularies.
  • Lead the Team: Provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration to assistant teachers and volunteers in your classroom.
  • Partner with Parents: Keep families in the loop on their child's incredible milestones, progress, and daily achievements.
  • Track the Growth: Observe, document, and assess each child's development.
  • Keep it Safe & Sound: Maintain a vigilant, safe, and loving environment ensuring health and safety protocols are strictly followed.

If you are ready to bring your energy and your passion for teaching to a team that values your impact, we want to hear from you.
