About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team at Wayne Early Learning Center. As a Toddler Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and their families.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for toddlers

Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

Observe and document children's progress and behavior

Collaborate with other teachers and staff members

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with toddlers

Must have a H.S. diploma or GED. Some college preferred

Clear background check and child abuse clearance

Patient, compassionate, and energetic demeanor

Strong communication and organizational skills
