About the Role:

Join The Learning Experience #164 in Richmond, VA, as a Toddler Teacher, where you'll inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. This role is perfect for passionate educators who want to make a difference in children's lives while fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for toddlers.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Monitor and assess children's progress and development.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and activities.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements:

High School Diploma, CDA, Associates .

Experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

Background check clearance required.
