Position: Toddler Teacher
As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll help children ages 18–36 months explore their world through play, discovery, and routine. With our time-tested Balanced Learning® curriculum, you’ll support toddlers as they build language, motor, social, and self-help skills — all while giving them the loving guidance they need during this important stage of development.

Responsibilities
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment tailored to toddlers’ developmental needs.
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided for you) that encourage exploration, independence, and early learning.
Support toddlers in learning daily routines, such as eating, toileting, and transitions.
Foster positive social interactions and model appropriate behavior.
Communicate daily with parents about children’s milestones, routines, and achievements.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
Patience, energy, and a love for working with toddlers.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
(Preferred) Experience in early childhood education or toddler care.
(Optional) No prior experience required; we provide training and support.
