As a Toddler Teacher, you will:

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom where toddlers can explore, gain independence, and build foundational skills through structured routines and hands-on experiences.

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum with enthusiasm, using our engaging characters and interactive activities to support emerging language, motor coordination, and social development.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and fellow educators, fostering a classroom culture where curiosity, play, and learning thrive together.

Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress, milestones, and memorable moments—using our mobile app, verbal updates, and personalized notes to keep families connected and informed.

Support toddlers in developing self-help skills, emotional regulation, and peer interactions, guiding them with patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement.

Do You:

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?

Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?

Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
