Toddler Teacher (Daycare / Preschool / Childcare) – Urgently Hiring | Grafton, MA
Magical Beginnings is urgently hiring a nurturing and energetic Toddler Teacher for our licensed daycare and preschool childcare center in Grafton, Massachusetts.

If you are EEC certified, EEC qualified, or have experience as a daycare teacher, preschool teacher, childcare provider, or paraprofessional, we encourage you to apply.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required
- Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
- Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification (Infant/Toddler preferred)
- Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

Responsibilities:
- Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
- Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
