The ideal candidate will be a professional who,

• Has a valid State of Colorado PDIS Level 2 Certificate.


• Is experienced and committed to Early Childhood Education.


• Knows how to work effectively with others, keeping the focus on the kids.

Responsibilities

• Manage classrooms to offer a positive learning space for young children.


• Provide one-on-one support to students, meeting their developmental needs.


• Communicate with families regarding student progress and classroom activities.


• Monitor daily childcare routines and maintain a safe, nurturing space for all children.

Qualifications

• Minimum of PDIS Level 2 Certification


• (PREFERRED) Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field


• (PREFERRED) INS-qualified candidates


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families


• Experience in early intervention strategies


• Knowledge of infant, toddler and preschool care best practices
