Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and energetic Assistant Teachers to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, kind, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Our Center is licensed through the Office of Children and Family Services, and is nationally accredited through the National Association for the Education of Young Children. We believe in nurturing children today to build a stronger tomorrow!

Responsibilities

Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate

Design the daily and weekly curriculum

Provide care for children

Observe and evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s development and activities

Qualifications

Minimum - CDA Credential, Preferred - Associate's Degree in Education or related field

Previous experience as a childcare provider

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified preferred

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
