About the Role:

Join LeafSpring School at Pendleton as a Toddlers and 2's Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the youngest learners in a warm and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddlers and 2-year-olds.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and milestones.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.

Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience working with toddlers in a daycare or educational setting.

Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet developmental milestones.

Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.

Knowledge of child development and early learning standards.

Background check clearance required.
