Toddler/Twos Teacher

The Goddard School of Bethesda is a renowned NAEYC accredited preschool currently hiring for our Toddler/Twos program.

Duties of Toddler & Twos teachers include:

• Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills


• Presenting developmentally appropriate educational expectations


• Meeting the individual needs of the children


• Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning


• Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff


• Participation in staff and training meetings

Teacher Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of MSDE-OCC Teacher requirements (90-hour training)
  • Bachelors Degree in Education is preferred
  
  


• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices


• Strong written and communication skills


• Prior classroom experience in early childhood education is preferred

Starting Salary based on experience, education and certifications.
