What you’ll do

• Lead and manage key projects within the Indonesia Business Division (planning, execution, progress management)
  
• Support organizational management and team operations across multiple markets
  
• Enable local marketing execution (primarily SEO and social media) in Indonesia
  
• Improve, redesign, and optimize business processes for scale
  
• Handle related initiatives needed to support growth (cross -functional as required)

Requirements

Must -have qualifications

• Native -level or equivalent Indonesian
  
• Strong understanding of the cultural and market dynamics of Indonesia
  
• Business -level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
  
• Proven project management experience
  
• Experience driving outcomes by coordinating diverse stakeholders (cross -functional, multi -team)
  
• Experience advancing a consumer (B2C) app or web service business (business operations, growth, or execution role)
  

Nice -to -have

• Experience in business development or digital marketing to drive initiatives
  
• Leadership of cross -department projects with significant scope
  
• Experience contributing to new business launches
  
• Experience in a startup/venture environment
  
• Experience with social media or SEO
