Location: Tokyo & Japan Nationwide
Manage check in and check out of customers, including vehicle inspection report and inventory checklists
Manage inventory of van items and review upgrade options where necessary
Vehicle inspection and planning for cleaning, team coordination and van preparation for future check ins
Driver’s License Required
Experience in a customer service or operations role and / or the retail, hospitality sector
Flexibility to work on shift basis, and schedules to accommodate last minute bookings
English fluency
Passion for outdoors life ideally campervans
Interest to travel around Japan and open to living in a van
