Job Details

To be a successful Tool Maker with us you must possess the following.

Tool Maker Responsibilities:
Manufacture and Maintenance:
Create, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as per specifications.

Machine Operation:
Operate machines like lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment to make tooling components.

Quality Control:
Use precision instruments to measure and inspect finished products for accuracy.

Collaboration:
Work with engineering and production teams to fix tooling issues and make improvements.
Keep the work area safe and clean, following safety policies.
Documentation:

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in tool making or related field
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
Experience with operating manual and CNC machine tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
