Job Description - Tool Repair Technician

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Tool Repair Technician oversees tool repairs, organizes the tool room, and orders necessary parts. They also manage various related tasks and maintain records of all repairs. 

COMPENSATION:

  • Hourly wage is set between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Repair of tools 
  • Ordering of repair parts as needed
  • Remove tools devalued from repair 
  • Assist with tool room pick lists as needed 
  • Log all repairs per tool into Gigatrack  
  • Organization of tool room inside and out  
  • Other shop and tool room tasks as needed

 

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday Through Friday
  • 6:00 am – 3:00 pm 
  • Year-Round Work
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two to Five Years of related tool repair experience preferred.
