Tooling Attendant

JOB SUMMARY:  To maintain an accurate inventory of all extrusion tools, and provide production with tooling in timely manner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue and receive tooling to and from production.


• Route tooling to proper work stations


• Store tooling efficiently and accurately


• Stage tools for upcoming production line changes.


• Handle all production work orders.


• Keep area organized and clean


• All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS NEEDED:  

• Forklift (Reach truck) skills required


• Good organizational and time management skills


• Good communication skills


• Mechanical aptitude


• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/ Windows).


• Safety and quality oriented


• Willing to develop technical knowledge


• Multi-tasking skills

EDUCATION NEEDED:

• High School Diploma/GED

NOTE:  This is a 12 hr. schedule
