Position Overview:

We are looking for a Tooling Technician with experience in injection molding to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will maintain, repair, and improve injection molding tools to support efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools accurately. 

· Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, insert changes, and tool performance. 

· Identify tooling issues during maintenance and report findings to the Tooling Lead. 

· Participate in analyzing tooling problems to implement effective solutions. 

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. 

· Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions (TPIs), including work instructions and documentation. 

· Organize and manage tool room components, including spare parts and standard components. 

· Work with production teams to provide tooling support and address operational needs.
 

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.  
• At least 2 years of experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment.  
• Experience with injection mold maintenance and repairs.  
• Good understanding of the injection molding process.  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate positively.  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.  
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet short deadlines.  
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.  
• Commitment to providing exceptional support to internal teams, including Molding, Production, and Special Operations.
