About The Position:

We are a leading machinery manufacturing company searching for a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and program NC Mills using G-code or conversational programming
• Set up machines and create custom fixtures for individual parts
• Read and interpret standard and metric blueprints, including GD&T
• Determine appropriate speeds and feeds for various materials and tooling
• Used precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, etc.) to inspect parts
• Perform basic math and geometry calculations to ensure accuracy
• Maintain safety standards and document any irregularities or issues
• Flexibly shift between machines or tasks based on production needs
• Collaborate and maintain continuity between shifts with clear documentation
• (Bonus) Use programming software such as Esprit or MasterCam

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with manual lathes, mills, and grinders
• Solid understanding of CNC equipment and machining processes
• Experience in assembly or fabrication based on blueprints
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Technical degree in Machine Shop or related field (Preferred)
