What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience operating manual lathes, mills, and grinders
• Strong knowledge of CNC equipment (programming, setup, and operation)
• Proficiency in G-code or conversational programming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
• Experience with fixture design, speeds/feeds optimization, and precision measurement tools
• Familiarity with CAM software (Esprit, Mastercam, etc.) is a plus
• Technical degree in Machine Shop Technology or related field preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and program NC/CNC Mills & Lathes
• Set up machines, create fixtures, and ensure precision machining
• Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes for efficiency
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
