• Documented closing history: Presidents Club, top-20%, or consistent 100%+ to quota (bring receipts).
• Phone-savvy communicator with empathy, urgency, and strong follow-through.

• CRM fluency (notes, pipeline hygiene) and basic Excel/Docs competence.
• In-office only: reliable commute to our Irvine location.
