We’re looking for a Total Rewards Group Lead to lead a team of Total Rewards Partners and drive the strategy, design, and execution of our global rewards programs.
Lead and develop a team of 4 Total Rewards Partners
Own and drive the company’s compensation strategy globally
Oversee annual compensation cycles and ensure smooth, scalable execution
Partner with senior leadership on rewards philosophy, budget, and workforce planning
Lead complex compensation initiatives (job architecture, benchmarking, global expansion)
Use data and market insights to continuously improve programs and decision-making
Ensure alignment between rewards, business goals, and company culture
8+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation, including leadership experience
Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Deep expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, and equity programs
Strong business acumen and ability to artner with senior leadership to shape rewards strategy and key decisions
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience working in global, high-growth tech companies
Strong communication and storytelling abilities
