Job Summary
Kids and families are at the heart of everything we do. Meaningful external stakeholder experiences play a critical role in connecting philanthropy to mission, deepening relationships, and advancing impact. The Tour and Experiences Program Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of tours, unique donors experiences, and engagement opportunities that showcase how community's involvement in Children's advancing the mission. This role sets the standards, best practices and operating procedures for inviting and hosting external stakeholders, primarily prospective and current volunteers, benefactors and advocates for tour and unique experiences. This teammate will lead the logistics for tours and unique donor experiences, supports in-kind giving donor experience, and manages projects and cross-functional work groups that enhance donor connection across the system. This role partners closely with philanthropy, program, and operational teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that align with engagement strategies and health system priorities.
