Job description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with clients and be ready to hit the road at all hours of the day. The successful candidate will have prior experience driving a tow truck, strong customer service skills, as well as extensive knowledge of safe driving practices.
Your job will entail driving and operating our flatbed tow truck safely and efficiently and be respectful of the governing laws and ordinances. As a professional, you are required to possess and display positivity and great customer service.
Requirements:
- Current Texas Drivers License.
- Current TDLR Incident Management Tow Operator License.
- Current City of Dallas Emergency Wrecker License or ability to obtain.
- Must have at least 1 year towing or commercial driving experience.
- Must be able to pass back ground check and drug screen.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- Must have clean professional appearance.
- Must be able to fill out and keep track of logs and paperwork.
- Must have knowledge of the Dallas area and ability to use GPS to navigate efficiently.
- Must be able to be on call when scheduled.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
***$750 Sign On Bonus After 6 Weeks ***
Pay:
Drivers are paid a basic salary plus commission on all tows. We do mostly contract tows (not wrecks).
