As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Outbound Representative to effectively communicate with customers and expand our service reach.
Responsibilities:
· Actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
· Present information about Quantum Towing and Recovery's services to existing and prospective customers.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Reaching out to customer leads through various communication channels to generate new business opportunities.
· Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to support customer needs.
· Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance or information.
· Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
· Stay informed on industry trends and company offers.
· Continuously improve customer service skills through feedback and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
· Highly motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.
· Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and other communication tools.

Quantum towing is a local family owned business that was established in 2008. At Quantum Towing our goal is to provide excellent service to our surrounding communities. Quantum Towing was born from a dream that the owner, John Rodriguez had to start a business that would benefit the community he lived in.
John Rodriguez was born and raised in Buda Tx and considers it and the surrounding Hays and Caldwell Counties home. He has a strong love for his family, his God and his community, giving of himself to help those in need. His faith is the driving force in his daily personal life as well as the operation of his business. He works daily with his long time wife Ladonna and sons, John Dylan, Justin, Joshua and Jared. His commitment to his community is evident by his many chartable acts within Hays and Caldwell County while also showing support for those communities by participating in parades, festivals and Chamber of Commerce events.
