Responsibilities


 




  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their vehicle maintenance needs.




  • Clearly and accurately communicate vehicle inspection reports to customers.




  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to create a loyal clientele for life.




  • Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the team every day.




  • Actively recommend additional services and maintenance based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines.




  • Proactively manage and coordinate a high volume of service vehicles to ensure efficient and timely repairs.




  • Work collaboratively with the service technicians and parts department to ensure seamless workflow.




  • Follow up with customers after their service to ensure satisfaction and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CXI) score.




  • Handle all administrative duties, including processing payments and updating customer records.




 


Qualifications




  • A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.




  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.




  • A passion for learning and a readiness to quickly master new product information.




  • Phenomenal communication skills with both customers and team members.




  • A professional and well-groomed personal appearance.




  • A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.




  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
