Job Description - Toyota Finance Business Manager


The Finance Business Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating the financing and aftermarket product process. This individual will work closely with the sales team and lenders to secure financing options that meet customer needs while also maximizing dealership profitability and compliance.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers in a clear and professional manner.

  • Secure financing through a network of lenders, ensuring competitive rates and efficient approval processes.

  • Prepare and review all documentation for accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies.

  • Maintain knowledge of current programs, rates, and regulations related to automotive finance.

  • Ensure all deals are funded in a timely manner with complete and accurate paperwork.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support a seamless vehicle delivery experience.

  • Train and support sales staff in proper deal structuring and compliance best practices.

  • Monitor and achieve departmental targets for finance product penetration and profit per vehicle retailed (PVR).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager or Finance Business Manager in an automotive dealership setting (Toyota experience preferred).

  • Strong understanding of financing, leasing, and aftermarket product structures.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations including Fair Lending, OFAC, Red Flags, and FTC guidelines.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Strong ethical standards with a commitment to compliance.

  • Proficiency in dealership software systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne).

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Eligible to work in the United States of America
